Privacy Policy for Animal Sounds & Calls

Animal Sounds & Calls (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an entertainment app for playing animal sounds, exploring animal characters, taking animal quizzes, saving favorite animals, unlocking achievements, and using pretend animal call features.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and what third-party services may process data.

1. Information We Collect

Animal Sounds & Calls is designed to work mostly on your device. We do not require users to create an account in the App.

The App may store the following information locally on your device:

  • Selected profile avatar and profile preferences
  • Favorite animals
  • Animal discovery progress
  • Quiz scores and quiz progress
  • Achievement progress
  • App settings such as language, measurement system, and auto-call preferences
  • Local sound and gameplay preferences

This local information is used only to provide the App’s features and personalize the experience on your device.

2. Animal Sounds and App Content

The App includes animal sounds, animal images, animal facts, quizzes, and pretend call experiences for entertainment and learning purposes.

Some animal images and visual characters may be AI-generated artwork created for entertainment and educational presentation. They are not real animal photos unless specifically stated.

3. Microphone and Voice Mimic Feature

The App may request microphone permission for the Fake Call / Voice Mimic feature.

When this feature is used:

  • The App may listen to your voice through the microphone.
  • Your voice may be temporarily recorded, transformed, and played back on your device.
  • Voice processing happens locally on your device.
  • Voice audio is not sent by the App to our servers, external services, or third-party cloud systems.
  • Temporary voice recordings are used only for the voice mimic experience and are intended to be removed after processing.

You can deny microphone permission or disable microphone access through your device settings. Some voice mimic features may not work without microphone permission.

4. Advertising

The App may show ads using Google AdMob.

Google AdMob may collect and process certain information, such as device identifiers, ad interaction data, approximate location, diagnostics, and other ad-related data, according to Google’s own policies.

5. Rewards and Ads in the App

The App may use rewarded ads for optional gameplay features, such as quiz hints or continuing a quiz.

Rewarded ads are optional. If you choose not to watch a rewarded ad, the related reward may not be available.

6. Achievements and Game Services

The App may use platform game services, such as Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center, for achievements or progress-related features.

If you use these services, the platform provider may process information according to its own privacy policy and account settings. We do not control the data practices of Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center.

7. Local Storage

The App uses local device storage to remember preferences and progress.

9. Fake Call Disclaimer

The Fake Call feature is for entertainment only.

The App must not be used for:

  • Emergency calls
  • Real communication
  • Harassment

  • Misleading or unsafe behavior

Fake calls are pretend experiences inside the App and do not connect to real phone networks or emergency services.

10. Permissions Used by the App

Depending on your device and how you use the App, the App may request permissions such as:

  • Microphone: Used for the Voice Mimic feature during pretend animal calls.
  • Audio playback: Used to play animal sounds, ringtone sounds, and voice mimic playback.
  • Game services access: Used for achievements where supported by the platform.

The App only requests permissions needed for its features.

We do not sell personal information.

The App may share or allow processing of limited data through third-party services used to operate app features, including:

  • Google AdMob for ads
  • Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center for achievements
