The Sultan’s Corsairs — Terms of Use

By downloading or playing The Sultan’s Corsairs (Turkish title Sultanın Korsanları, “the game”) you accept these terms. If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, Apple’s agreement prevails.
Licence to play
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The game’s code, story, art, music and text belong to the developer and may not be copied, modified, resold or redistributed.
Story and content
The game is a work of fiction set in the Mediterranean of the 1560s. Places and institutions are inspired by history; every character who speaks is invented. The game is rated 16+.
Gems, tickets and purchases
- Gems and tickets are virtual items that exist only in this game. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another account or game.
- Purchased gems never expire.
- Gem packs are consumable: they are granted once and are not granted again by “Restore purchases”. Your progress and balance are protected by the cloud save (see the Privacy Policy).
- No Ads and the First Voyage Chest are one-time purchases. No Ads can be restored with the same store account.
- Payments and refunds are handled by the App Store, Google Play or Yandex under their own rules. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Levent Charter subscription
- The Levent Charter renews automatically every month at the price shown in the game.
- Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage and cancel it in your device’s subscription settings. After cancelling, the benefits last until the end of the paid period.
- While subscribed, ads are removed, tickets refill faster, and extra gems are granted per chapter and per day.
Fair play
Do not modify the game, use cheat software, abuse the purchase or reward systems, or exploit bugs for unfair gain. Items obtained that way may be removed.
Changes and availability
We may update the game and add, remove or change content. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free. If these terms change, the current version is published at the same address with a new date; continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
Limitation of liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
The game is released worldwide. These terms apply together with the laws of the country where you downloaded the game; the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence always apply, and nothing in these terms overrides them. If a dispute arises, please write to us first; your right to turn to the competent authorities and courts of your own country, where the law grants it, is not affected.
