Eggs Catch 2D — Privacy Policy

Summary

Eggs Catch 2D has no account, no sign-up and no server of its own. Your progress stays on your device. The one exception is advertising: the game shows ads through Google AdMob, and those ads are described in full below.

Advertising

Ads are supplied by Google AdMob in three places:

  • A banner along the bottom of the screen
  • An interstitial when you restart a level after a game over
  • A rewarded video that you choose to watch to continue a run

The rewarded video is always optional. Nothing in the game is locked behind watching an ad, and declining costs you nothing beyond that one continue.

To deliver an ad, prevent fraud and avoid showing you the same ad repeatedly, Google may process a device identifier, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your interaction with the ad, and diagnostic information. Google’s handling of that data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Your choices

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game shows Google’s consent screen the first time you open it, before any ad is requested. You decide there whether your data may be used for personalised ads. If you decline, the game still works and you still see ads — they are simply not personalised. You can change that decision at any time from Settings ▸ Privacy Options inside the game.

On iOS, after that screen the system asks whether the game may track you across other companies’ apps and websites. This is Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is never read and no cross-app tracking takes place. Nothing in the game is withheld either way, and you can change your answer at any time in iOS Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking.

What the game stores

Everything below is written only to your device, through the operating system’s standard preferences storage. None of it is ever uploaded, and none of it identifies you:

  • Your current level and how far you have progressed
  • Your coin balance
  • Your Speed, Life and Boost upgrade levels
  • Your best star rating for each level you have finished
  • Your sound on/off preference
  • Your language preference
  • The timestamp of your last daily reward, so the next one unlocks on time

To erase all of it, delete the game from your device. There is no copy anywhere else.

What the game does not collect

The game does not ask for and cannot access:

  • Your name, email address or any account details
  • The camera, microphone or photo library
  • Your contacts, calendar, health or motion data
  • Precise GPS location
  • Any list of other apps installed on your device

There are no in-app purchases, no chat, no user-generated content and no social features.

Network

The game itself runs entirely offline. A connection is used only to fetch ads. With no connection the game simply shows no ads and carries on — the banner space stays empty and the continue-with-ad button reports that no ad is available.

Children

Eggs Catch 2D is rated 4+ and contains no violence, no purchases and no external links except the ones on this page. It is a general-audience game rather than a title submitted to the App Store Kids Category, and the advertising described above is standard mobile advertising.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new date at the top.
